FRISBEES BURGER PEDDLER
Not very easy to find though, FRISBEES is very close to Joey’s Pizza, Andheri (West). Located on the backside of a building, FRISBEES mainly focuses on home delivery .Hence do not expect anything more than a plastic table with a few chairs to dine in there.
FRENCH FRIES (served with the burgers)
Crisp and Salty. A perfect companion to the burgers. The fries can be swapped with the wide range of new sides like the cheese poppers, empanadas and fish fingers.
FRISBEES ORIGINAL LAMB (INR 260)
Finding the perfect lamb burger in Mumbai is a bit difficult. This was indeed the perfect one. The minced lamb patty bursts with flavours. The savory onion jam and the barbeque mayo along with the cheese make it a complete flavorful burger.
CRUNCHY CHICKEN BURGER (INR 250)
This is what the chef suggested when I asked for a chicken burger. The patties have a perfect texture of crunchiness on the outside and the tenderness of the meat on the inside. The patty is topped with a pink pickled beetroot mayo. The mayo does score a 10 on 10 in terms of its colors as well as its taste. The cheese, onion and tomatoes enhance the taste to this crunchy burger.
FRISBEES CHEESY BURGER (INR 240)
An ordinary cheese burger consists of a vegetable or a meat patty with a slice of cheese, but this was something unexpected. The first bite itself made me realize that it is not an ordinary patty but it’s a crumb fried slab of cheese. A bite of the crunchy patty and there begins to flow a hell lot of cheese. To spice up the cheesy taste, it is served with jalapenos and gherkins making it perfect for the cheese lovers.
BROWNIE SHAKE (INR 90)
One of the best chocolate brownie milkshakes I’ve ever had. Just the right thickness of milkshake with the divine flavor of chocolate brownie, it was an ideal way to end the meal.
The warmth and the hospitality that the owners and the chefs show is really commendable. The buns not to forget are made by the chef himself and are one of the tastiest I have ever had. Eat the burgers right. The buns at times overpower the patties.
